Certainly, setting up the seed orchard reticulation seems that way, as trenches are ripped into the soil for the pipes to run along.

Short-term mess as we set up a water-efficient program which, through soil moisture probes, a LoRaWAN (Long-Range WiFi Network) and an eight-station watering system, will ensure that each different species in the seed orchard gets the amount of water it needs, avoiding water wastage and maximising the chances of success for all plants.

An omlette well worth the mess, we think.
