It's a Newday....

What a fabulous day this last Sunday was!

In glorious weather, a large band of willing volunteers from last Thursday’s Newday Leadership Conference in Adelaide set to, planting native grasses, shrubs and windbreak trees across three different areas of The Forktree Project.

A huge vote of thanks to Katrina Webb and Matthew Wright-Simon, directors of the Newday Leadership Conference, for their wholehearted support of The Forktree Project and its rewilding work. Forktree is delighted to be associated with Newday, which does such a great job inspiring purposeful leadership. Thank you also to Mel from Foodprint for providing delicious soup and muffins for the volunteers. And a massive thank you to all the Newday volunteers, who exemplified the Newday spirit of purposeful service and cheerful giving at Forktree on Sunday.
