TAKING A STAND WITH TREE GUARDS

With the help of numerous volunteers, we’re making fine progress along the southern boundary of the Forktree Project. Given the elevated position of the property, these saplings are being planted in a windbreak formation to provide some protection from the south-easterlies.

But they also serve addtional purpose - one arguably even more impactful. If you drive along south along Forktree Road you’ll see this army of corflutes standing proud along the roadside, making a powerful statement to all who pass by on our world’s need for more trees.

Every tree in the ground is another step in the right direction. It feels great to be doing our bit.
